accessing values passed from a html page in asp.net page

Hi friends A HTML page with get method is passing 15 values using query strings to a asp.net page. I want to access these values and insert the in a sql table... How to access these values in asp.net page plzz help... The values are a persons nameaddressphonecitycountrystateemail etc. plzz help thanx
