Add group from AD to sharepoint without add a permission

Question

I want to a add a group of user from active directory to sharepoint without add a user or group  in sharepoint2013 automaically it fall in sharepoint group based on role.

Filtering and adding of users is not supported OOB by SharePoint. You may have to write a PowerShell to perform this automation, which will

1. Connect to AD
2. Get the user and group details
3. Apply the filter to get specific user / group
4. Add those to SharePoint
