Add GUIDs to new GUID column

Question

I recently added a GUID column to an employee table. How can I programmatically add GUIDs to these columns?

Friend  then Set Column Property Like below in Database so that 20 employee will have new ID Automatically check  Do you like this answer check box  if my answer helps you : )

this is only going to add one right? There are about 20 existing rows and I have added the column I just need to populate the new empty GUID column so that existing employees will now have a GUID
