Add Items into combobox at runtime

Hi All I have one window form.it contains combobox and i am binding it with database value.Upto here it's working fine. But I want to give facility to user to add items at runtime. At the same time previous values should be available even after i closed the form and reopen it.

Hi you can write one XML File for the perticular user who they are going to Add the Vale to display in DCombobox. After binding the Db value add xml value in the Combo.
