Add Space in a dynamic created gridview after specified row

Question

Hi,

   I have Gridview values bound dynamically. I want to add an empty row after 4 row and 10th row of the grid.  I used RowDataBound, But it adds new row after every row in the gird.  I want only after 4th and 10th row.
