Adding the service refrence error

Question

HI,
I m using VS2010 with .Net 4.0, in my project i need to add the service reference, but when i m trying to add the service reference it is working but when I click on "Advanced button" of the add service reference window i m getting this error
"value cannot be null. parameter name: assemblyname"
