Adobe Acro pdf Lib merge a panel in front using C#

Question

Hi,

I am creating an application that can manipulate the adobe acro pdf library.. first the user needs to load the axpdf, then add a transparent panel in front of the axacrpdf. when the axpdf is zoomed the panel is also zoomed. It's like I want them merge as one user control together.  

Please Help! I've been working for this application for weeks now. Thanks in advance!
