Advice regarding Certification on Microsoft Technologies

Question

Hi I am a .Net Developer for the last 2 years. I am planning to do certification exam 70-519 (Pro: Designing and Developing Web Applications Using Microsoft .NET Framework 4) but i came to know that is scheduled to retire after July 2013. so what is the solution to this ? which certification i should take since i am developer in .Net Technologies ? please guide me how to proceed further if ai want to do certification in web applications development ?
Also Are there any pre-requisites exams to complete for 70-519 or its alternative ?
How can i register for the exam ?
