step1:i have 3 years of dot net development experience in small organization
Step2:i was selected for infosys . at that time i asked for which designation you are taking. then they(infy hr team) replied with testing designation then i told them that i am not interested then after some time they get back to me with development designation i.e senior systems engineer.i agreeed.
Step3:i joined infosys on sep 2016.
Step4:after induction i came to know that i was allocated to Testing Unit.
Step5:that is why i got all the testing role project calls when i was in central bench.
Step6:i asked resource planning department that i am interested in development i do not know testing so map me to development projects at that they told that we need a developer for some of the testing projects.
Step7:then they mapped me to some testing project(responsobility : writing automation scripts in selenium) as i have no option i agreed to move to that project by considering below points(1.this is not manual testing 2.if i reject i may get any support project asking me to do some manual work 3. i can move to some other large service company but not sure same story may repeat there with other problems)
1)Now my question is how my decision will effect to my career.
2)can i come to development project after some time.
3)what are the best options available infront of me
