Here is complete Procedure to Install it :) dont forget to mark  Do you like this answer  please :) it will give me some credits :) Download Ajax control tool Kit http://www.codeplex.com/Wiki/View.aspx?ProjectName=AjaxControlToolkit Extract Downloaded Dll file to Desktop then Open Visual Studio Web Project then Right Click In Tool Box Thats it You are Done Now You will have Ajax Controls in your Tool Box .. Just Use them :)
