AjaxFileUpload is not known in asp tag

T added the ajax extension to visual studio by the ajax file upload not working even I added ajaxToolkit tag pleas help

in order for the controls in the ajaxcontroltoolkit to work you need to have an asp toolscriptmanager on the page. try something like the following: ToolkitScriptManager1 runat= server > AjaxFileUpload1 runat= server onuploadcomplete= AjaxFileUpload1_UploadComplete MaximumNumberOfFiles= 10 AllowedFileTypes= jpgjpeg />

Try removing the ajaxcontroltoolkit from the project then reads from Nuget. Invade the dll is not present or not working as it should

Yeah Michael I have this tag in my code but it slit not working I tried it on visual studio 2013 works fine bot in 2015 where my project it is not working best regards

In your page do you have this line underneath the page directive? AjaxControlToolkit Namespace= AjaxControlToolkit TagPrefix= asp %>
