always show the scrollbar in a datagridview

Question

how can you do this? ... let's say that the datagridview has a big size and it only displays two records...i still want the scrollbar to appear regarless of the amount of records...how can i do this?

I have seen something like this done with the datagrid control on http://www.windowsforms.net/ ; I tried it with the datagridview control and it works. If you create a custom control that inherits from the DataGridView, and apply this code to it; you will get a static vertical scrollbar even if there are not enough rows present to support the display of the vertical scroll bar.
