Amount in word in Crystal Report

Question

i have a total amount field in one report and i have to Display amount in word. Ex. : 12000 - > Twelve thousand only.

Hi saurabh Amount is : 213522.50 i tried your formula its Display :Rupees two hundred thirteen thousand five hundred twenty-two and paisa fifty only did i have to repeat some part?

Hi You can use ToWords() Function in Your Crystal Report... e.g. currencyvar tt; currencyvar dect; tt :=100.30; dect := tt - Truncate(tt); tt := truncate(tt); dect := dect * 100; if dect = 0 then 'Rupees ' + ToWords (tt0 ) + ' Only' else 'Rupees ' + ToWords (tt0) + ' And Paisa ' + ToWords(dect0) + ' Only ';
