An exception of type 'System.Data.Entity.Infrastructure

Question

I am inserting data but during inserting facing an error  An exception of type 'System.Data.Entity.Infrastructure.DbUpdateException' occurred in EntityFramework.dll but was not handled in user code  Here my file of source code is also attached.

Please share some code that is causing this issue and also just guessing this but does your table have a Primary Key contraint?
