An unknown error ?

I am facing an irritating problem that is ...............
JavaScript runtime error: Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerServerErrorException: An unknown error occurred while processing the request on the server. The status code returned from the server was: 500
Can any body give solution of this problem ?

I used it. This code stop the error but after writing this code no any event fire. This code completely stop the post back. So that's why problem is coming. Thanks for Suggestion But can you give me something else .

hi Prafull This issue sometimes occurs when you have a control registered as an AsyncPostbackTrigger in multiple update panels.
