Any third-party C# library for android recovery

Question

I am planning to build a desktop app for Android phones with C#. I saw most of such libraries were built on C or C++ (PhotoRec and TestDisk). Is there any similar ones for C#?

If you think PhotoRec or TestDisk is not useful I recommend you see another data recovery - Android data recovery tool from androidphonesoft.com maybe it was developed with C#. See it here: http://www.androidphonesoft.com/android-data-recovery.html
