Application workbook open event is not triggered VSTO + C#

Question

Hi All,

 

I am working with excel related project.

For this we are using vsto and c#. 

Here we are implimenting offline functionality for the excel for which data has downloaded previously.

At that time Application workbook event is not triggered  in some systems for the first time, and its working fine in some systems.

 

Can anyone please help us in solving this.
