please take a look this sample http://finditgroup.org/autocomplete/ how to make autocomplete like that one using latest jquery? please!! because when i try to bring it to my project it's failed!!

Hi The site you provided is using that plugin for autocomplete. If you are planning to use only latest jquery plugin then you have to do it manually like call an ajaxpage on keypress event of textbox or something like that.
