Asp.Net master page with script manager and update panel

Question

We are working on converting our Legacy application to .NET Master Page. One of the content page has Drop Down Control which loads Infragistics grid with records based on Drop down selection. This content page has script Manager and Update Panel. When I load this Content Page I see page is getting refreshed. I need to fix the Refresh Issue..?Any help appreciated !!

i am Not Sending Multiple Emails.I am Just sending Email But While Sending Email Am getting Problem.
