asp.net mvc Master Detail in multiple controller & views

Question

Hi I have the following scenerio; In one view data list I click on the Selected employee id Then I will have the other multiple action links of various categories when i go through it I should get only the records of Selected Employee (Albert) only.what is the best practice ?

Maintain the details record information to be loaded to a partial view. When require the information of particular User send the User ID through Ajax Call and load the contentin the partial details view. Make use of TempData and View Bag which ever data are to be retainined fromcontroller to view or between views. Let me know if need more support. Mark as answer if helpful.

This is only for view .you use LINQ Method is best for it.
