Asp.Net Website down

Question

Hello Team One of our website is down for 5 to 10 minutes in every day for 3 to 4 times this time the site was working only in server (while checking through RDP) and not from any other location. The website is hosted in IIS 8.5 How to find the reason for website down?

best place to check is windows event log if you don't have any of your own logs in application itself. may be your app pool is restarting or may be some network related issue causing server to decline requests exceot from the server itself. it's hard to guess seating here based on few lines you wrote only you can dig into details on your server.
