So, what do you guys think about the new version? Anyone would like to share any thoughts?

You are not suppose to share thoughts until the public beta ;) Any way, its cool. Is there any thing specific you are looking for? They have taken care of many bugs and has improved controls (data binding specifically). Now ASP.NET has more custom controls. There is a book available from Addison Wesley, which covers ASP.NET 2.0 in details.

Microsoft has created a big wave of excitement with all the new white-papers and slide-shows. I just can't wait to get my hands on it! (i wasn't at the pdc ) I am curious if anyone ordered the whidbey versions via the msdn subscriptions... - dip
