How To Avoid Complete Page Loadings when we are performing DropdownList SelectedIndexChanged events?

add a script manager_update panel+and put both ddl in update panel. and do what ever you done in same way. try it.. It will work Thanks

Sry Its not working ,,,actualy now my requirement is 2 dropdownlsts(empid,empname) when i click empid, empname should come in second ddlist, and vice versa, without reloading entire page,,, i have code for filling empids and names ..plz tell me the code for preventing page loading
