dear if we are saving image in binary format in database then it will take bulk space in ms sql so you must store path in database and image store in folder. like: /image/abc.jpg and in c# code: asp:FileUpload ID = fupload runat = server Height = 21px Width = 220px / > Add One Asp Button try this below code in that button click Collapse | Copy Code string strFileType = System.IO.Path.GetExtension(fupload.FileName).ToString().ToLower(); fupload.SaveAs(Server.MapPath(  /image/ + strFileName + strFileType));
