ASP Project error

Question

Trying to create an ASP Web app in my solution SOLVE. I click on "add project" on my solution and name the project
http://localhost/SOLVE/myproject
Get the following error

"Project could not be opened the MS Visual C# compiler could not be created"

What to do??
