Question

HI all, I have a dropdown box and i have 100 items in that i need to shown the items in scrolll with specific height can anyone help me. Thanks, Manoj

oh!!!!! I have exlained it partly.It is very easy. Simply add the following DIV tag around the SELECT box and you will get a scroller: overflow: -moz-scrollbars-horizontal;"> ex: table cellpadding ="0" cellspacing ="0" border ="0" width ="100%"> tr > td > div style ="overflow-y: auto; height: 298px; width: 215px;"> select id ="cboMonth" style ="width: 95px" tabindex ="22" name ="cboMonth" runat ="server" class ="OLabel Cbo"> option value ="1"> January option > option value ="2"> February option > option value ="3"> March option > option value ="4"> April option > option value ="5"> May option > option value ="6"> June option > option value ="7"> July option > option value ="8"> August option > option value ="9"> September option > option value ="10"> October option > option value ="11"> November option > option value ="12"> December option > select > div > td > tr > table >

can you please check it .it wont work i had already tryed it do u know the probelm happens ? actualy you can give the height and width of the div if the height and width are static but for dropdown items are not shown everytime soo we cant do by this way .

Put your dropdown box code inside control and Change the height by changing the height of table and div. table cellspacing ="0" cellpadding ="0" border ="1" valign ="top" align ="center" height ="100%" width ="655"> tr > td > div style ="overflow-y: auto; height: 298px; width:215px;"> //your dropdown box code comes here. div > td > tr > table >
