ASPNET_REGSQL Command Line Tool

Question

As I want to work with ASP.Net 2.0 Membership and Role features. I run the ASPNet_REGSQL command from the command prompt but the respective database does not get created ?

Please anyone tell me how to use this facility with ASP.Net 2.0 ?
