Attach dll

Question

i want to attach given dll in windows Xp.

Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel.dll

i cannot attached, this given dll downloaded from net.

put this dll in system directory and run command , but not working. and restart the pc.
how to work this dll?
pls help me urgrntlyyyyyyyy

You can't do that. If you don't have a legal license for Office then you can't develop programs for Excel. Even if I am wrong about that you must do it in a documented way. Unless you can find Microsoft documentation explaining how to set up Excel for free then you must pay for it.
