Attach Sound to Checkbox

Question

I need some clear and precise code that will allow me to attach sound to a checkbox such that if it is checked the user hears sound and if not then the user does not hear the sound. Please help.

Works fine but am working on a Silverlight Windows Phone app (sorry I didn't specify earlier). If am not asking to much of you could you please translate it to a Windows phone app solution for Visual Studio 2010 Express. Thanks.
