Attendance management system

Question

i want to create a form in which we can manually mark attendance i.e. present absent or half day but i dont have any idea about form means how it should be. please explain

You didn't mention. You want to create web/windows based project and which technology you want to accomodate. Lets assume you want it with C#win-form. You need couple of things. 1. List of all student. If they are more than 50 (Just an example). You need some other approach. 2. Drop down or check box in front (PresentAbsentHalf-day). 3. Date column. Based on each date for each student you can select either check-box or drop down from (presentabsent or half day) Let me know if it helped you.

Its a web based Application. Its for office purpose. I want to set the calender from date- to date and then using checkbox which is in front of that particular employee name i want to mark the attendance
