Audio File in a DataBase

is it possible store a audio file in a field of a SQLServer DataBase? What Data Type is it and what is the code (C#) to insert it in a column? Thanx in advance. Carlos

I want to upload the audio file to a DataBase but the file will be chosen by the user so I need to know what DataType I have to use. For Example: openFileDialog1.ShowDialog(); AudioDataType AudioFile= new AudioDataType(openFileDialog1.FileName); What Data Type is instead of AudioDataType? Or how do you do it? Thank you.

You have your choice between Image or VarBinary both have their pro's and con's.
