authorization to select datetime in windows form

Question

i have datetimepicker on form  and 1 txtbox where we have name of users. i want normal user make entry with only current date in system and sa means superuser can select any date and make entry i have use following code but not working for me. how to resloved this?? thx in advance!!!

On TextBox Leave event handler you check the user name. If it is other than sa Set Enable Property of dateTimePicker control to FALSE so only today's date will be showing but user can't select any other date. If the user is sa then only make dateTimePicker control enable and let the superviser to select any date what he wants. Pls le t me know if you have any question.
