Auto switch between differerence CSS files for diff browsers

Hi All I looking for the solution for the auto switch between differerence CSS files for different browsers and devices. Is there any best way to do auto switch between different css files based on the browsers and devices. Like auto switch between iPhone' safari and android's chrome.
