Autoclose a Bid.

I have bid process. I want every 1 hr after my bid closed from system start and again start for next 1 hr ...............same for nextnext..?

I am developing a web application.in this application i have more than one item for bid.Minimum bid on that item that bid will be open .whole process are done in every 1 hr..Means in each hour bid will be open.I want autoclose and open bid for each hour it is all in asp.net with C# and sql server 2005.
