avoid duplicate value datagridview to iTextSharp

That seems like an overly complicated solution I would suggest you to instead take a look at the following example: https://www.gemboxsoftware.com/spreadsheet/examples/c - sharp-vb-net-import-export-excel-datagridview/5301 In short the example demonstrates how to export DataGridView directly to an ExcelWorksheet object by using GemBox.Spreadsheet library. After that you can search for duplicate values in ExcelWorksheet.Rows and delete ones that you don't need. Alternativally you could export the DataGridView to a DataTable and then do the needed deletion on it and then export that DataTable directly to ExcelWorksheet object again by using GemBox.Spreadsheet: https://www.gemboxsoftware.com/spreadsheet/examples/c-sharp-export-datatable-to-excel/501 Last you just need to save ExcelFile object to PDF without having to use HTML as an intermediate. Also as an FYI the difference between exporting DataGridView directly or exporting DataGridView's DataTable is that in the first approach you'll also get the style and formatting that is used in DataGridView in your resulting PDF file.

what are you trying to do? your question is not clear ! and your sample code also need some changes you dont need if ( dt.Rows.Count > 0) inside foreach loop
