backround image not show in sub folder form

dear all
i use following code in master page
<td class="masterstyle14"
style="background-image: url('images/left_top.jpg'); font-weight: 700; color: #0033CC;">
Quick Links</td>
but when in my webapplication i use this master page in subfolder form then background image not show
plz send me solution if any one know

I believe your problem lies with 'url('images/left_top.jpg')' In the main folder it's able to find the 'images' folder but when put into a sub folder the sub folder cannot find an 'images' folder. Try adding a / before images like 'url('/images/left_top.jpg')' to point to the root folder/images.
