Basic_Auth does not seem to work with chrome

Question

i'm working a website that uses basic authentication as the login. Recently, my page seem does not pass the authentication to the page that suppose to receive the login and password. It happens when i used google chrome but when i used mozilla firefox it works fine. can someone tell me what is the problem and how to fix it. Tq in advance.
