Beginner's problem with C#

Hi can someone help me with this. How can I start an application from application. (I have tried with Process.Start but nothing)

As you'll see from the link below only some overloads of the Process.Start method are supported by the .NET Compact Framework v2.0 or later namely those displayed with a 'handheld' image: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.diagnostics.process.start.aspx I'd try Process.Start(someapp.exe ); assuming no command line arguments are needed.

With reference to your e-mail I think you always need to specify the root (\) when dealing with a file path in the Windows CE file system. So the previous example would be: Process.Start(\someapp.exe ); remembering that you need to 'escape' a backslash with another one in a normal C# string.
