It's probably fair to say that C++ jobs tend to be higher paid than Java and C# jobs because you're doing more difficult stuff.
Apart from that it depends what's currently in demand in your area.
Back in 1999, Cobol programmers were in high demand to fix the millennium bug in old software so it's probably not a bad idea to have a legacy language in your bag of tricks :)

Interesting trends. YES at least C# is growing. VB.NET however is going down. So PHP. I have seen a growing trend in Mobile development.
