2010 Beta Feature question

Question

When I am in the code editor there are items in the toolbox. Anyone know what these are or are for? There are a lot of them Branding Logo Swatch Block Connector Heads up Display etc.

They dont show up when the designe is visible only when the code editor is up. Thats why im confused the toolbox was always empty in 2008 when the editor was open.
