bind data to dropdownlist in edititemtemplate of gridview

Hello guys I am working on something there i have gridview with edit template and there i have a column with dropdown list so now i have to bind the data into that dropdown list from mysql database can any one tell me how to do it??? i need it.. Thanks In Advance
