Biztalk : move csv file with file path to xml and transfer from one location to another

Question

I made a small project in biztalk 
 that converts a file " article.csv " to an xml file using Flat File Schema and then it moves it from one location to another and 
Now I want to add a file path for my file "article.csv " and transfer it in the same way but now  with  attached files (. pdf,. jpg....)
