Block internet explorer

Question

I m doing a project on cyber cafe management. All I want to do is until the user logs in to this software he/she will not b able to view any web pages. Please Hep me.. Thanks in advance..

hi friend I have a trick to achieve this.. you can disabled your network connection on your system.. it will enabled only user logged in to your software.. you have to do it programmatically.. how's that?? is it a good idea? Please mark Do you like this post? if it helps you
