Blocks line in Visual Studio how?

Hi friends How do I line between blocks of code in Visual Studio ? . Is there any plugin or any setting for it ? Thank you in advance .. Sample image

I cannot tell you how to block line but can say that if you highlight the starting ({) or end (}) brace in the IDE the corresponding opposite brace will be automatically highlighted by the IDE even if it is not in the current view. I achieve what you are trying to using #region and #endregion
