Home is Showing twice in the Breadcrumbs.. How to remove the second home which in shown in the breadcrumb trail?

Thanks for replying.. I want to hide the Home/Welcome Page appearing in the breadcrumb for each site(root site as well as subsites).. Description: Sharepoint 2013 names the welcome page for each of the sites as Home because of which breadcrumbs is displayed as Home>Departments>HR>Home I would like to hide the welcome page(2nd Home) displayed for HR Subsite above. The breadcrumb should appear as follows- Home>Departments>HR (when landing on HR Home Page) Please help..
