Are you planning to store that data somewhere? Please tell your ultimate intension, that is very important.
If you just want to view, you can always go to Task Mananger -> Performance -> select Ethernet.
If you want historical data, I am sure your ISP will have a page showing all the details of your login, logout, upload usage, download usage, etc with date and time stamp.
