Build String Using Escape Sequences

Question

Can any help building a valid string for

<a href="#" onmouseover="showToolTip(event,'This is a simple, simple test');return false" onmouseout="hideToolTip()">Roll over me</a>

using Escape sequences. I have tried but i am getting error
