Building an add-in using the add-in wizard

Hello, I am using Visual Studio C#.NET 2003 standard edition, and unfortunately it is missing the add-in project wizard that I have seen in the developer edition. Is there anyway I can add this wizard to my edition of Visual Studio? Or, if not, how can I develop add-ins for Office applications without the wizard? Thank you for your help, Peter
