by using memory stream how can i convert the binary file to a text file

hi i am trying to convert the binary file to a text file by using memory stream.but i cant get the correct result.can anyone help me how can i perform this. Thanks

I would think you would need to use the BinaryReader instead BinaryReader binaryReader = new BinaryReader(you stream object); binaryReader.ReadString(); http://msdn.microsoft.com/es-es/library/system.io.binaryreader.aspx

It depends upon the binary file format. Which file format you want to convert to .txt?
