The Microsoft .NET framework provides two namespaces System.Net and System.Net.Sockets to send or receive data over the Internet. SMTP protocol is using for sending email from C#. I think it's very simple you just need to have an account with their domain and credentials. Use them to login and send emails. Isn't that easy :)
